At Special Needs Parents Club, all items are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong sizes, colors, or change of mind.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue, include:

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the issue

Once approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
