Refund & Return Policy

At Special Needs Parents Club, all items are made to order, just for you. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, color choice, or change of mind.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll make it right! To qualify for a replacement or refund:

1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Include your order number and a photo of the issue.

Once approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
